Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Co. Relocates Office in Irvine, CA

July 1, 2026, Newport Beach, CA - Mark Coffey of Orange County Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has again represented Young-Joon (YJ) Lee of Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance on the new lease and relocation of their Southern California office to 2020 Main, Irvine. This is Orange County Commercial Real Estate, Inc.'s third assignment representing the insurer. The U.S. division of the Seoul, South Korea-based Hyundai Insurance provides marine cargo insurance and a variety of commercial and personal lines products. The company is rated A by A.M. The Epoch Times Media Group New Lease in Irvine, CA

March 9, 2026, Newport Beach, CA - Mark Coffey of Orange County Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented The Epoch Times Media Group on their 12,682 SF lease at 330 Commerce Dr., Irvine. The Irvine Company will complete the necessary renovations on a turnkey basis, with occupancy expected on August 1, 2026. The Epoch Times is the fastest-growing newspaper in the US. This facility will accommodate studio space for their NTD media platform and Southern California news operations. September 30, 2024, Newport Beach, CA -  Mark Coffey of Orange County Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented Rudy Palacio, owner of Orange County's leading  New York Style Pizzeria on the lease for their newest restaurant space at the University of Southern California's new retail and residential development known as USC Village. Maast Indian Creative Kitchen Opening New Fullerton, CA Restaurant

August 1, 2024, Newport Beach, CA - Mark Coffey of Orange County Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented Mr. Karna Patel on the new lease at 3200 E. Yorba Linda Blvd in Fullerton. The restaurant is under construction and will open in Q2 2025. This is the second lease assignment completed by the firm for Masst Indian Creative Kitchen. Broad Medical Group to Relocate and Expand with New Lease

KOA Corporation, a Lochner Company Relocating in Q2, 2023

Anita, Orange,  CA, also known as TriCentre.  KOA recently joined Lochner, a national transportation infrastructure firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, providing planning, environmental, design, construction engineering and inspection, and right-of-way services for surface transportation, rail, transit, and aviation clients.
